It fixes a lot of the QoL issues the original had, including my big one-in game map. So far I've been impressed with the remake. I've been playing mostly on my big screen, not the best with the low resolution and pixelated graphics, but I have a nice plasma so the dark levels are great. I played Super dozens of times, so I wanted something new. Recently, excited about the Return to Samus remake, I bought Zero Mission on the Wii U eshop. Zero Mission came out during a time when I wasn't gaming much, nor had any interest in the GBA platform. I enjoyed it but it was hampered by an archaic password system in the US. Super Metroid is one of my favorite games, but I remember playing the original NES Metroid.
